All of our crabmeat is handpicked and unpasteurised so the product retains its natural flavour. Local fishermen from around the island harvest the Lobster using small pots from the clear water surrounding the Island’s coast. The Isle of Man crab is regarded to be some of the best available.
Fresh crabmeat is available all year round, weather permitting. The main season runs from April to November when the water temperatures are higher and the crabs are more active on the seabed.
Hand-picked from the claws of the crab, the white meat is fresh and full of flavour. Our white crab meat is 100% claw meat.
Hand-picked from the body of the crab, the brown meat has a rich and unique depth of flavour that is second to none.
Hand prepared with a delicate flavour. The shell has been cracked and partially removed to make them easy to serve and eat. Ideal for starters, tapas and small plates.
